Accessibility
This statement explains our commitment to making this website usable for everyone, the accessibility standard we work towards, and how to get in touch if something does not work for you.

01. Our Commitment
Prime Infrastructure Solutions Ltd wants everyone who visits this website to be able to use it, whatever device or assistive technology they rely on. Accessibility is part of how we build and maintain the site, not an afterthought.
This statement explains the standard we work to, the measures we have taken, and how to tell us if something is not working for you.
02. The Standard We Work Towards
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the internationally recognised benchmark for web accessibility. We also have regard to our obligations under the Equality Act 2010.
Meeting this standard is an ongoing process rather than a one-off task, and we review the site as content and features are added.
03. Measures We Have Taken
The site is built with a structured heading hierarchy, text alternatives on meaningful images, and a consistent navigation and footer on every page.
Navigation, forms and interactive controls can be reached and operated with a keyboard, form fields are labelled, and the layout adapts to different screen sizes and levels of zoom.
Body text and interface elements are set with colour contrast in mind against the dark background used throughout the site.
04. Known Limitations
Some documents and technical drawings we may share on request are produced for print or for construction use and may not yet be fully accessible in their original format.
Where a third party supplies content or a service that sits behind a link, we cannot always control how accessible it is. If you have difficulty with anything on this site, please tell us and we will provide the information in another way.
05. Information in Another Format
If you need any information from this website in a different format, such as large print, plain text, or an accessible document, email info@primeinfrastructure.co.uk and tell us what you need and how best to send it to you.
06. Reporting an Accessibility Problem
If you find a page or feature you cannot use, email info@primeinfrastructure.co.uk with the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 working days and to put things right as quickly as we reasonably can.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which advises on rights and duties under the Equality Act 2010.
07. Review
This statement was prepared in October 2026 and is reviewed as the website changes. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised date.
